Company Overview: We are a leading pet insurance company in the US committed to a supportive team environment. We are expanding our team to include a skilled Virtual Assistant who will contribute to our content, SEO, and support our affiliate marketing efforts.

Job Summary: The Virtual Assistant will be instrumental in creating and editing content in American English, enhancing our SEO efforts, supporting affiliate marketing initiatives, and performing various marketing administrative tasks. This role demands a high level of proficiency in written English, familiarity with modern digital tools, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit content in American English to maintain high quality of clarity and effectiveness.
Assist in the development and implementation of SEO strategies.
Support the affiliate marketing team by helping with affiliate marketing efforts, including research and data collection.
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department’s activities run smoothly.
Operate and manage spreadsheets in both Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Support content management on our platforms, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
Work with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to enhance content and marketing strategies.
Perform basic graphic design tasks to support content visualization.
Communicate with prospective partners in a timely manner.
Research and collect data as needed for projects.

Requirements:
Exceptional written communication skills in American English.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong organizational and task management skills, including familiarity with project management software.
Basic knowledge of SEO and content management systems.
Some familiarity with HTML.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
High attention to detail and task-oriented approach.
Basic graphic design skills (preferred).
Familiarity with affiliate marketing (preferred).
A good quality personal computer and high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in content writing, digital marketing, and supporting affiliate marketing within the pet wellness or insurance industry.
Advanced knowledge of SEO practices and content strategy.

Work Hours:
This is a full-time remote position, requiring availability during US Eastern business hours.
