We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to create and manage Shopify stores daily for our business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that each store is set up efficiently, is visually appealing, and functions seamlessly. Your ability to create stores in different niches with a few products, write essential legal pages, and manage various tasks will be vital to our operation.
Responsibilities:
+) Create and set up new Shopify stores daily, focusing on different product niches.
+) Import products from Amazon and ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
+) Write and customize legal pages, including refund, shipping, and privacy policies.
+) Optimize store design for a visually appealing customer experience, including designing logos and choosing creative color schemes.
+) Collaborate with our marketing team to align store setups with ongoing promotions and campaigns.
+) Utilize Google Sheets to manage and track work progress and store information.
Requirements:
+) Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role with experience in creating Shopify stores.
+) Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+) Ability to write and customize legal pages accurately.
+) Proficiency in using Google Sheets for work management.
+) Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
+) Experience in graphic design and photo editing, including logo design and creative color selection.
+) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
