Company Overview:
New e-commerce business seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team. Our company specializes in online retail, utilizing platforms such as Shopify, TikTok Shop, Auto DS, and CJ Dropshipping. We are looking for a dedicated and highly organized individual to provide comprehensive support in managing various aspects of our e-commerce operations.

Position: Virtual Assistant

Salary: Fixed rate + % from sales.

Location: Remote

Language: English, Chinese (will be advantage)

Responsibilities:
Product research, Winning products, Listing.
Create, update and manage product listings on Shopify, Tik tok shop.
Syncronise listing beeetween Shopify and Tik tok Shop.
Monitor and process customer orders, refunds, and returns.
Keep track of inventory levels and assist in restocking decisions.

TikTok Shop Support:

Create, update and manage product listings on Tik tok shop.
Create and schedule TikTok content related to product promotions.
Engage with the TikTok community and respond to inquiries.
Analyze TikTok Shop analytics for performance insights.

Auto DS Assistance:

Create and organaise listing with Auto DS.
Implement and manage automated dropshipping processes using Auto DS.
Monitor and optimize product listings and pricing strategies.

CJ Dropshipping Coordination:

Coordinate with CJ Dropshipping for order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
Resolve any issues related to product quality or delivery delays.

Customer Service:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media.
Provide excellent customer support and address concerns in a professional manner.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Compile and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Generate regular reports on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Familiarity with Shopify, Shopify Apps (Aftership for Tik tok shop), TikTok Shop, Auto DS, and CJ Dropshipping platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce analytics and reporting.
