Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with our growing short-term rental business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in English, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a remote, full-time position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Respond to guest inquiries and messages promptly and professionally
Manage rental listings, including updating descriptions, photos, and pricing
Coordinate check-ins and check-outs with guests and cleaning staff
Handle reservations, cancellations, and booking adjustments
Monitor guest reviews and feedback, ensuring prompt responses and issue resolution
Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Perform bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records
Pay bills monthly
Perform market research to stay competitive with pricing and amenities
Quality control: Checking on automation software to ensure it’s correct
Create social media posts directly on Canva
Advertise on different platforms to get more direct bookings
Troubleshoot issues that arise with bookings, listings, or guests
Order necessary items and supplies for the properties as needed
Provide administrative support as needed
Help create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and support business growth
Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality, preferably with short-term rentals
PREFERRED: Experience working as an Airbnb Resolutions 2 Case Manager
Experience working with multiple platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and
Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using rental platforms and related tools
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Understanding of programs like OwnerRez is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must meet online weekly and communicate daily when checking in
