**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Filipino Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist in managing our short-term rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling various platforms such as Airbnb, , VRBO, and managing direct bookings through our website, utilizing AI tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
**Responsibilities:**
– Manage bookings, reservations, and inquiries across multiple platforms, leveraging AI tools for automation and optimization.
– Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
– Respond promptly to guest inquiries, concerns, and reviews with professionalism and attention to detail.
– Monitor pricing, availability, and adjust rates as necessary to maximize occupancy and revenue, using AI-driven analytics for data-driven decisions.
– Coordinate cleaning and maintenance schedules with our local service providers.
– Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and financial reporting, utilizing AI-powered systems for streamlined workflows.
– Assist in marketing efforts to promote our properties and attract potential guests, leveraging AI-driven marketing strategies.
– Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout their stay, utilizing AI chatbots for timely responses and support.
– Create and manage duplicate listings for each property, with one listing requiring a minimum stay of two weeks and another listing requiring a minimum stay of one month, catering to our focus on long-term bookings.
**Requirements:**
– Previous experience in a similar role within the short-term rental industry.
– Proficiency in managing Airbnb, , VRBO, and other rental platforms.
– Experience utilizing AI tools and platforms to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and property management software.
– Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
