Location: Remote (Preferably in a time zone that can accommodate EST)
Job Type: Full-Time
3 Shifts with Varying Times between 8AM EST until 12AM EST 7 days a week.
Compensation: Hourly wage – $20-30USD/8 Hour Shift + bonuses based on experience, and performance.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Guest Communication: Handle all guest inquiries, bookings, and communications through platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and others.
Guest Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive guest experience.
Scheduling and Coordination: Communicate and schedule cleaners, maintenance staff, and other service providers to ensure properties are ready for guests.
Supply Management: Order and manage supplies to ensure properties are always well-stocked.
Calendar Management: Keep all booking calendars up-to-date and coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
Listing Management: Update and maintain property listings on various platforms, including pricing and availability.
Review Management: Monitor and respond to guest reviews and encourage positive feedback.
Basic Bookkeeping: Track expenses and income related to each property and prepare basic financial reports.
Market Research: Conduct research on competitor listings and pricing and suggest improvements.
Technology Management: Manage smart home devices and ensure tech amenities are functioning correctly.
Guest Experience Enhancement: Develop and implement welcome packets or guides for guests, suggesting local attractions and activities.
Crisis Management: Act as the first point of contact for emergencies or unexpected issues, following established protocols.
Administrative Tasks: Manage email and phone communications, and organize and maintain digital files and records.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements and keep up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (reading and writing).
Familiarity, confidence and past experience in using Hospitable PMS Systems, Airbnb, VRBO, and other property management platforms.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in short-term rental management or a related field.
Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools.
