As a Virtual Assistant for Short-Term Rentals, you will play a pivotal role in the management of short-term rental properties in Central London. In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing the property market trends and overseeing social media channels for both the company and owner’s personal use. This multifaceted role demands a diverse skill set, social media management, and administrative efficiency. Property management will be taught on the spot.
Key Responsibilities:
Short-Term Rental Management:
Handle all aspects of short-term rental property management in Central London.
Coordinate guest bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
Maintain property listings on various platforms, optimizing descriptions, pricing, and availability.
Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure properties are cleaned, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
Property Market Analysis:
Research and analyze the Central London property market, including rental rates, occupancy trends, and competitor analysis.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to optimize rental property performance.
Assist in strategic decision-making related to property acquisitions, pricing, and marketing.
Social Media Management:
