We are seeking a motivated and versatile Virtual Assistant to enhance our team’s effectiveness by managing our social media platforms, supporting outreach initiatives, maintaining our website, and organizing our summer program. This role also includes general executive assistance tasks such as email management, travel coordination, and various administrative duties. This position requires someone who is adept at managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
– Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness. Monitor analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
– Family Outreach: Assist in creating and executing outreach programs aimed at strengthening family engagement with our services.
– Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the website to ensure content is current, user-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
– Summer Program Outreach:Organize and promote outreach efforts to increase enrollment and participation in our summer program.
– Email Management: Efficiently organize emails and ensure prompt, accurate responses to internal and external queries.
– Executive Assistance: Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, preparing reports, and handling communications.
– Travel Coordination:Arrange detailed travel plans for staff, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.

– Social Media Management: Experience in managing various social media platforms and creating engaging content.
– Email Management: Proficiency in organizing and prioritizing email correspondence.
– Video Editing and Graphic Design: Skills in creating and editing visual content for marketing, communication and meeting presentations.

– Admin Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Website Maintenance: Basic skills in website management and optimization.
– Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
– Online Research: Ability to conduct thorough research and compile data efficiently.
– Data Entry: Fast and accurate typing skills with attention to detail.
– Project Management: Experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion.
