The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, with a strong background in email management, email campaigns, e-commerce, social media advertising (especially on Facebook), customer service, and social media management.
Responsibilities:
Email Management:
Organize and manage email correspondence efficiently.
Respond to customer inquiries and support requests in a timely manner.
Email Campaigns:
Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to engage our audience.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights for improvement.
E-commerce Support:
Assist in managing and updating product listings on our e-commerce platform.
Process customer orders and ensure a smooth transaction process.
Social Media Advertising:
Create and manage social media ad campaigns, especially on Facebook.
Monitor ad performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Social Media Management:
Develop and implement a social media content calendar.
Engage with our audience on various social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends and provide recommendations for content improvement.
Content Creation:
Develop engaging content for our Facebook page and other social media platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, providing excellent support.
Address customer concerns, process returns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce setting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficient in email management, execution of email campaigns, customer service, and social media management.
Knowledgeable in e-commerce operations and order processing.
Experience in creating and managing social media ads, particularly on Facebook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements:
Reliable internet connection.
Proficient in using collaboration tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Availability for part-time work (20hours), with potential for increased hours based on performance.
