Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and fast-learning Virtual Assistant for Social Media Management. This long-term position requires someone with expertise in content creation, ads, marketing, lead follow-up, HubSpot, assistant skills, appointment setting, and email marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by creating engaging content and managing our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage engaging content for our social media platforms.
Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns.
Follow up on leads generated through social media and marketing efforts.
Utilize HubSpot for managing leads, tracking communication, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
Assist with daily administrative duties and appointment setting.
Conduct email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into clients.
Learn and become knowledgeable about our services and the trucking industry.
Create service lists and content that accurately represent our offerings.
Provide regular reports on social media and marketing performance and suggest improvements.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management and marketing.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and marketing.
Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Fast learner with a keen interest in understanding the ins and outs of our business.
Knowledge of the trucking industry is a plus.
