Airbnb Property Management Company based out of the USA seeking someone to join our growing company. Looking to hire an organized VA to assist with the growth process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Guest Communication: Respond to inquiries, handle bookings, and manage guest communications via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
– Reservation Management: Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
– Administrative Support: Assist with property listings, calendar management, and other administrative tasks.
– Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to guests before, during, and after their stay, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
– Problem Solving: Address and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
– Property Coordination: Liaise with cleaning services and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in customer service or virtual assistant roles
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– Proficiency with Airbnb, VRBO, , and other booking platforms
– Proficiency with Revenue Management, Hospitable, PriceLabs, , Slack, WhatsApp, etc.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
– Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
We are planning on hiring someone Part-Time first, then promoting them to Full-Time later.
