Virtual Assistant for UK-based 3D Printing Company

We are a UK-based 3D printing company specializing in selling tabletop miniatures for games like Dungeons and Dragons. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including product listings, SEO, social media management (video/photo editing and writing posts), bookkeeping, product procurement, and basic website maintenance. This is an entry-level position and you will be working under our existing Virtual Assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product listings on our website and third-party platforms
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search engines
Create engaging social media content (including video/photo editing and writing posts) to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Manage and maintain our bookkeeping records and assist with accounting tasks
• Assist in product procurement and coordinate with suppliers
• Help with basic website maintenance and updating content

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Comfortable with basic bookkeeping and accounting tasks
• High-speed and reliable internet connection
• Must be located in the Philippines
