THE JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Virtual Assistant for UK Property Development, your primary role will be to support our dynamic team by undertaking a variety of tasks crucial for the efficient operation and success of our business. Your responsibilities will include:

Property Research: Identifying potential properties for purchase and development from various UK property websites such as Rightmove, EIG, auction houses, etc.

Market Analysis: Conducting in-depth market research to understand trends, property prices, and demand across different regions in the UK.

Document Management: Preparing, organizing, and managing essential property-related documents, including contracts, lease agreements, and planning permissions.

Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating communications with real estate agents, contractors, local authorities, and potential clients. This includes setting up meetings and managing correspondence.

Project Management Assistance: Providing support in the coordination and tracking of property development or refurbishment projects.

Financial Tasks: Assisting with budgeting, bookkeeping, and maintaining financial records related to property development projects.

Property Listing Management: Handling the upkeep and accuracy of property listings on various platforms.

Social Media and Marketing Support: Managing social media accounts, creating content related to property developments, and engaging with online audiences.

Customer Service: Addressing inquiries and concerns from tenants or potential buyers and maintaining good client relationships.

Data Management: Performing data entry and maintaining updated databases of properties, contacts, and project-related information.

Regulatory Research: Keeping abreast of local property laws, regulations, and ensuring the company’s compliance.

Viewing and Inspection Coordination: Assisting in the scheduling and coordination of property viewings or inspections.

The role demands a detail-oriented approach, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in English and the ability to use various digital tools and platforms for research, communication, and data management are essential. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

Availability: As soon as possible and for minimum 4 days a week.

Minimum Hours: 25 per week

Qualifications: Ideally degree in business or experience in property investment/development; 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.

Property: must understand differences between leaseholds & freeholds, understand how to rearrange a floorplan to improve value of property and be willing to carry out admin tasks.

Fluent in spoken and written English (ideally UK English)

Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

Self-motivated with a ‘Can Do’ attitude

Proficiency in using technology and online tools for research and administration

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

PAY AND BENEFITS

Pay rate: $4.50 per hour

Payment Frequency: Weekly/monthly via bank transfer

Additional Benefits:

Performance bonuses – you will receive $600 for each property we purchase that you have identified.

We pay a 10% end of year bonus in December (pro-rata)

You will be given holiday and sick pay

Your pay will increase based on the standard of your work and time with the company
