Our mission is to provide outstanding guest experiences while maintaining efficient operations for property owners. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Guesty Pro Property Management System (PMS) and have a strong understanding of various digital tools essential for modern property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Short-Term Rental Property: Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient property management.
Vacation Rental Property Administration: Handle administrative tasks associated with vacation rental management.
Managing Direct Booking Website: Keep the company’s direct booking website up-to-date and user-friendly.
Managing Listings on Portals: Efficiently manage listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, HomeAway, and , ensuring accurate and attractive presentations.
Collaboration with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team on specific deliverables, contributing to promotional campaigns and strategies.
Ordering Supplies & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors like cleaners, plumbers, and electricians for timely services.
Managing Guest Reservations: Oversee the reservation process from booking to check-out.
Guest Inquiry & Complaint Resolution: Handle guest inquiries and address complaints promptly and professionally.
Trip Agenda Assistance: Assist guests with their trip agendas and provide local recommendations.
Providing Guest Support: Offer top-notch guest support through various communication channels.
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Perform basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
Utilizing Google Workspace: Proficient use of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Business for efficient management and communication.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in Guesty Pro PMS and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Business).
Experience with property listing platforms, including .
Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with the marketing team.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping experience.
WordPress proficiency is a plus.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
