Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with product research, administrative tasks, order tracking, and other operational activities essential to the success of our wholesale and online arbitrage business on Amazon. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Product Research: Conduct thorough research to identify profitable products for sourcing through wholesale and online arbitrage methods.
2. Supplier Communication: Communicate effectively with suppliers to negotiate pricing, place orders, and manage inventory levels.
3. Order Processing: Assist with order processing tasks, including creating listings, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate fulfillment.
4. Data Entry: Maintain detailed records and databases related to product listings, sales, and supplier information.
5. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and optimize product offerings.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with buyers.
7. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as email management, scheduling, and organizing documentation.
8. Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in e-commerce, preferably within the Amazon marketplace, is highly desirable.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
4. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Self-motivated and proactive mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
6. Familiarity with product research tools and software commonly used in e-commerce operations (e.g., Seller Amp, Keepa, Inventory Labs, Seller Snap) is a plus.
7. Availability to work remotely and adapt to flexible working hours based on business needs.
