Virtual Assistant for Wholesale Product Sourcing (Amazon FBA)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented virtual assistant to assist with sourcing wholesale products for our FBA business. As a virtual assistant, your primary responsibility will be to research and identify profitable wholesale products to expand our inventory and increase sales on Amazon.

**Responsibilities**:

– Conduct market research to identify trending and high-demand products suitable for the Amazon marketplace.
– Source and vet potential wholesale suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality and pricing requirements.
– Analyze and compare supplier catalogs, pricing, and terms to negotiate the best deals.
– Assist with product listing creation and optimization on Amazon, including writing compelling product descriptions and optimizing keywords.
– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in Amazon policies to stay ahead in the marketplace.
– Provide regular reports and insights on product performance, sales trends, and potential opportunities.

**Requirements**:

– Minimum of 1 year experience in wholesale product sourcing for FBA.
– Strong research and analytical skills to identify profitable product opportunities.
– Familiarity with Amazon FBA and product listing optimization.
– Excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers and collaborate with the team.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
– Proficiency in using online tools and resources for product research and analysis.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

**Pay Structure**:
Our compensation systems are designed to reward high-performing employees exclusively and expect exceptional competence right from the trial period, which lasts 1-2 weeks. Employment during the trial period is contingent upon performance, and termination can occur at any time.

Trial Period: $2.5 per hour
Full-Time: $2.75 – $3 per hour, plus commission based on performance
