As the Virtual Assistant for Bend Beyond: Hot Yoga + Fitness, you are the first interaction many of our clients will have, and the person behind the scenes making sure it all runs smoothly. You’ll use our sales and marketing processes, marketing automations, and customer service scripts to ensure your job is as simple as possible.

Responsibilities:
*Organize the sales process for the studio: Track leads and follow-up to sell introductory packages, educate prospects and intro members to aid in converting them to or retaining them on a membership, and retain existing members through superb customer service.
*Provide white glove-level service to every client: Support class booking, membership changes, and answering frequently asked questions.
*Monitor studio performance: Track metrics such as customer reviews, attendance, sales, conversion rate, and more.
*Manage the studio schedule: Monitor and update the schedule for both teachers and front desk staff to be sure all vacation/class swaps are covered and that all holiday changes and special events are incorporated.
*Provide marketing support: Post to social media and send emails using our marketing playbook. Some graphic design (Canva) will be required.
*Video editing: Edit recorded classes and post them to our on demand video platform.
*Manage our customer database: Learn the ins and outs of MindBody, our booking software, and Brandbot, our marketing software, to aid in the duties above. Clean and update the databases as time permits.
*Aid in the development of standard operating procedures to make your job and other team members easier. Use of Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets required.
*Personal assistant to owner. May help in managing owner’s email inbox and appointments.
