Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Virtual Assistant who is passionate about memes, internet culture, and the creator economy. Your primary role will be to generate leads by researching and reaching out to YouTubers with over 1 million subscribers, as well as influencers in related fields such as Twitch streamers and gaming personalities.

Key Responsibilities:
Research YouTubers with over 1M followers and gather contact information from their YouTube ‘About’ section or Twitter profiles.
Initially, craft and send around 100 fully personalized emails per day to these YouTubers, with the goal of increasing to up to 300 emails per day, highlighting specific aspects of their content that you genuinely appreciate.
Initiate and handle preliminary phone or video calls with potential clients, ensuring a professional and engaging interaction before escalating to the team.
Create and maintain a list of contacted YouTubers, ensuring to CC the manager on every email.
Conduct weekly follow-ups with each lead to ensure a response, using a more generic template for these communications.
Stay updated on the latest trends, dramas, and developments within the YouTube, Twitch, and gaming communities to avoid reaching out to controversial figures.
Initially schedule emails to be sent during Pacific Time hours, with an expectation to start working these hours after 15 days or less. This could change depending on performance.
We are not a company that stresses “business hours” however, we know that clients usually want to work with people in their own timezone. SO, we will be flexible.

Qualifications:
A genuine interest in YouTube, Twitch, gaming, memes, and internet culture, ideally being part of the demographic that closely follows these communities.
Familiarity with the YouTube platform, especially understanding where to find contact information.
Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to personalize emails effectively.
Exceptional proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing, is essential.
Comfortable with making phone or video calls, having a good internet connection, and a professional backdrop for video calls. A decent camera and microphone are a plus, though not required as they can be provided.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily email targets.

Proficient understanding of lead generation and email marketing tactics.
Must have access to Google Drive and Discord, as these are the main software tools used for communication and collaboration.
