We are passionate about our mission and are looking for a talented Virtual Assistant to work directly with our founder as their right-hand person, supporting our marketing and sales efforts to help drive our company’s growth.

As my Virtual Assistant & Founder’s Right-Hand Person, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to me as a founder and working closely with me on tasks connecting to sales, marketing, process setting and automation.

This includes but is not limited to:

Working directly with the founder to manage their calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements and errands
Meeting daily with the founder to discuss focuses and challenges
Bringing ideas on how to improve current processes
Assisting with the execution of marketing and sales strategies
Learn new online tools and apply them to the business
Upskill in new processes and skills
Creating and editing compelling written content for social media
Handling email correspondence, prioritizing incoming requests, and drafting professional responses
Preparing and formatting reports, presentations, and other written materials (designing skills a plus but not a must)
Conducting research and compiling information to support decision-making
Assisting with customer support and resolving client inquiries
Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation opportunities
Collaborating with internal teams to optimize workflows and drive efficiency
Providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Continuously learning and adapting to new tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
Taking the initiative to research and problem-solve independently when needed
Proactively asking questions and seeking clarification to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar role
Knowledge or willingness to learn new AI tools
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to create engaging content
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficiency in Teams, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
Experience with project management and documentation tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Confluence)
Familiarity with customer support best practices and ticketing systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
Strong research and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies quickly
Passion for helping employees build positive habits and achieve their goals

We pay anywhere from $4 to $6.5/hour based on experience but with the opportunity to grow!
We will need you to work flexible hours into the evening but no graveyard shifts are required.
