Job Description

Full time hours or Part Time hours for the right candidate. I am easy to work with but expect great service from you, a professional virtual assistant.

I own a recipe blog and need a right hand virtual assistant to complete daily administrative tasks such as:

• Data Entry: maintain a spreadsheet of blog posts with specific data. Currently in Google Sheets, but looking to add this data into ASANA (we can both learn this together!)

• Complete Daily “share threads” or “like threads”: Share threads are a simple daily task where bloggers share or like each other’s content on various social media platforms.

• Blog Image Formatting: Adding photos to Canva, naming the photos, creating collages using templates provided, downloading the photos.

• Blog Post Formatting in WordPress: Follow a simple, but specific format for creating recipe roundup blog posts in WordPress. This is simply uploading a photo, adding the recipe title, and link to the original recipe. WordPress experience is not necessary, but ability to learn new online software is a must.

• Various Administrative Tasks: As assigned, administrative tasks to assist in daily operations.

• This job description is not all-inclusive and certain activities, duties or responsibilities may be required of the employee as needed.

Requirements:
Must be proficient in English (C2 Advanced/Mastery or C1 Advanced).
Must have own computer in your home (include a photo in PDF format of your workspace in your application).
Reliable and fast internet connection (include a screenshot of your scores in your application).
Reliable Electricity.
Attention to detail is extremely important.
Must have proficient computer skills.
Basic Canva Experience (simple copy and paste of photos into templates).
Experience with accurate Data Entry into Spreadsheets
Must have own Facebook account in order to participate in social sharing groups.
Wordpress experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Ability to learn quickly is a requirement.
Must be able to ask questions when confused. It’s always better to ask!

You will be an independent contractor.

The first month will be a paid trial period to ensure we are a good fit for each other. During this period, you will receive your full monthly salary, paid on a weekly basis. After the trial period, pay will be on a monthly basis.

If selected, online interviews will take place the first and second week of July. You will be notified in advance and given date and time options to do the interview.

Search for 3 Chicken Casserole Recipes (you can find them anywhere you want – such as an online search, Pinterest,, etc..)
Copy a photo from each recipe and paste into a Canva template sized 1280px wide x 720px high.
Take a screen shot showing all 3 photos in Canva. Turn your screen shot into a PDF. And attach to your application.
