Position Overview:

As a remote position, it necessitates superior communication and organizational skills. Anticipate handling between 200-500 messages daily through various channels. Your success in this role will hinge on your ability to prioritize effectively and manage your time efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Devise and execute social media strategies to augment brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platforms
Craft, schedule, and publish engaging and consistent content tailored to each platform
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally
Analyze and report social media performance and analytics to steer continuous improvement and growth
Provide virtual assistance, encompassing managing email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating projects
Remain informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in platform algorithms
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging and strategy execution
Qualifications:
Prior experience in social media management, customer support, and/or virtual assistance
Profound understanding of social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Email, Snapchat, and Facebook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time effectively
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
