As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our sales and administrative efforts.
Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant with Snaptique Photo Booth, you will play a vital role in assisting with outreach to potential clients, managing sales activities, and handling administrative tasks. We’re looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound sales outreach via email and phone calls
– Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and facilitate conversions
– Perform data collection, research and list building tasks
– Coordinate and schedule online call meetings
– Assist with administrative tasks and documentation using Google Drive
– Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company protocols, including NDA agreements
Requirements:
– Proficient in English, both spoken and written
– Familiarity with Google Drive and other relevant online tools
– Previous experience in events management, sales, or virtual assistant roles preferred
– Proven work experience as Lead Generation Specialist
– Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment
– College or post-secondary education preferred
– Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal supervision
– Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
– Reliable high-speed internet connection
– Available to work full-time hours in the Toronto time zone (GMT-5)
Salary Compensation:
The salary compensation for this position is PHP 25,000 – 30,000 Philippine Pesos per month, commensurate with experience.
