Job Summary:

We are searching for a Virtual Assistant who has experience with General Administrative duties. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including office management, data entry, record keeping, and providing general support to the business. Do you have a keen eye for Admin assistance? Job Type: FULL-TIME

Salary:

Full-Time: P13,000 starting salary + 13th month with opportunities for a pay rise, govt. benefits, bonuses & commissions within the business.

Working Schedule: Monday – Friday (9am-5pm AEST)

Client’s Industry: Financial Advice (Professional Services)

Responsibilities:

We are building a team to support 3 advisers who are capable of handling the entire administration process plus client interaction throughout. We require 3 VAs to perform different roles:

(1) New Client Management. This VA will liaise with the client from the initial introduction through to advice delivery. Duties would be data collection, meeting management, and underlying admin tasks.

(2) Implementation. Duties would include higher complexity application management, understanding financial terms and products, liaising with companies and other parties, and meeting management (limited client contact).

(3) Existing Client Management. Duties would include meeting scheduling, answering queries, and attending to client requests. A greater variety of admin tasks would be required in this role.
All roles would include regular reporting back to the Adviser/Manager and managing appointments.

Requirements:

• An understanding of the Australian financial advice world would be helpful.
• writing to clients, speaking to potential clients, and communicating with a variety of companies / IT systems.
• Computer literacy is very important and care with data is crucial.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive
