About Us:
Proforma Expansion Marketing is a promotional marketing firm located in Atlanta, GA.
We are looking to grow our business and add individuals with a desire to learn and have confidence in their ability to grow with us.

What We Offer:
While this position will begin as part-time we hope to expand the role to full-time and utilize you as a trainer for additional new hires in the immediate future.
• Personal training on our order system to get you up to speed quickly.
• Timely and Efficient Payroll: Enjoy prompt weekly payments every Friday through Wise, ensuring minimal fees and reliable access to your earnings.

Your Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll:
• Process incoming invoices from our vendors.
• Create bills once an order is complete and email to customers.
• Follow up on orders in process.
• Check on invoice payments.
• Keep vendors up to date on invoices to be paid.
• Update customer and prospect database.
• Assist with social media posting as time allows.
• Manage lead follow-ups and database updates, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Embrace accountability, consistently achieving goals and meeting benchmarks.

Schedule:
• Part time to start – 10 – 15 hours a week (additional to start for training)
• Training time 9 am – 12 pm US EST
• Once trained you will work on your own time for billing and database update. (time tracking software)

Compensation (starting)
• $5.00 USD/Hour
• 15 hours per week
• $300 USD / Monthly Salary

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in data processing and order entry.
• Experience in Excel, Word
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong, clear phone presence and minimal accent.
• A team player, ready to learn, with a willingness to use time tracking software for payroll accuracy.
