We are looking for a genuine and detail oriented Virtual Assistant – General VA who likes to make a difference to join our team.

Examples Of Tasks:
? Research accurate information and summarize ?ndings
? Write announcements, correspondence, presentations
? Design documents and presentations
? Organize meeting agendas, materials, and minutes
? Handle client inquiries email
? Maintain con?dentiality of all business, corporate, personnel matters
? Email management/filtering
? Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
? Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
? Make travel arrangements
? Prepare and send out email newsletters
? Data entry – CRM
? Excellent customer service skills
? Liaison between you and other team members

Requirements:

• Exceptional writing; write clear, concise business correspondence
• Design aesthetic presentations
• Complete multiple tasks accurately, independently, and on time
• Handle information with the highest degree of con?dentiality
• Responsible, self-motivated, and work independently
• Degreed or equivalent work experience
• Technical Savvy- Reliable Computer (with camera) and readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
• Internet connections (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
