Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant (Generalist) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing various tasks including support ticket handling, affiliate program coordination, internal CMS management, responding to social media inquiries, executing simple Facebook ads, and handling miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and resolve support tickets, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Oversee and maintain affiliate programs, tracking performance and collaborating with partners.
Manage and update content on our internal CMS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Respond promptly to social media inquiries, maintaining a positive and professional brand image.
Create and manage simple Facebook ad campaigns, monitoring performance and making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in handling support tickets, affiliate programs, and CMS management.
Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in responding to customer inquiries.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
