Virtual Assistant (Google Advertising Focus)

Are you an organised and motivated individual with a passion for digital marketing and fitness? We are currently seeking a Virtual Assistant with a specialisation in Google advertising to join our team at The Coaching Club Sheffield. As a Virtual Assistant, your primary focus will be on supporting our online presence and marketing efforts through the strategic implementation of Google advertising campaigns. Additionally, your knowledge of social media planning, content production, email marketing, and fitness expertise will be valuable assets in this role. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing fitness brand while gaining valuable experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of Google advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Google advertising strategies with overall marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize Google advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
Assist in social media planning, email marketing, and content production to support marketing efforts and engage our audience across various platforms.
Apply your fitness knowledge to contribute insights and ideas for fitness-related content and campaigns.
Provide administrative support as needed, including email management, scheduling, and data entry.
Requirements:

Proven experience and expertise in Google advertising, with a strong understanding of advertising platforms, keyword research, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms and strategies, with experience in creating and executing email campaigns.
Passion for fitness and a solid understanding of exercise principles, nutrition, and wellness.
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
