We are a small company based in Australia, with Operations and Marketing teams based in the Philippines. We are a very close-knit group of like-minded people looking for the next addition to the team.
As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
– Managing translation projects from beginning to end.
– Setting priorities and delivering quality results on time.
– Communicate effectively whilst responding to stakeholder needs and expectations across a geographically dispersed network.
– To act with discretion and integrity in managing sensitive and confidential information
– Well-developed organisational skills, knowledge, and experience in successfully setting priorities and delivering quality results within allocated timeframes and managing self-imposed and given deadlines.
– Analytical abilities with the ability to obtain accurate conclusions and apply innovative initiatives while contributing to change and business improvement strategies.

– Capable of dealing with frequent constructive or negative feedback.
– Good coping mechanisms working in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
– Willingness to work overtime to assist team members in completing projects.
What’s in it for you:
– A 3-month probation period, followed by full-time employment.
– Works hours from 9am to 6pm AEDT/AEST, including 1-hour unpaid break.
– Monday to Friday, weekends off.
– A 2–3-hour time difference between Australian and Philippines time.
– Australian public holidays off and paid after the probation period.
– 2 weeks of paid annual leave post-probation period.
– Training will be provided.
