Virtual Assistant – Graphic Design and Social Media Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Virtual Assistant with experience in graphic design and social media management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, as well as experience creating and managing social media content. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts, creating visually appealing graphics, and providing support to the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design and create graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials
– Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and creating and implementing social media strategies
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email campaigns and blog posts
– Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing projects
– Stay up-to-date with current design trends and best practices, as well as new social media platforms and features

Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in graphic design and social media management
– Strong portfolio showcasing your design and social media management skills
– Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
– Strong understanding of branding and visual identity principles
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, and Sprout Social
– A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– This is a virtual position, and the candidate will work remotely. A stable internet connection, and computer are required.
