Position Overview:
We are currently seeking Virtual Assistants specializing in Inbound Calls and General VA Tasks. This role involves handling inbound calls professionally, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks to support our clients’ operations.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from clients and customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance and resolving inquiries as needed.
Handle email correspondence, including responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing inbox folders.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, document preparation, and calendar management.
Assist with outbound calling campaigns, following scripts and guidelines provided by the company, as necessary.
Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a virtual assistant, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
