Virtual Assistant ( Influencer Marketing)

Our dynamic e-commerce team is in search of an energetic and personable Virtual Assistant for Influencer Marketing. This role is pivotal in elevating our brand’s presence, forging connections, and driving results through strategic influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
– Research & Identification: Seek out potential influencers that align with our brand and values.
– Relationship Building: Actively engage with influencers by leaving genuine comments and fostering a rapport, ensuring a foundation of trust and collaboration.
– Campaign Crafting & Negotiation: Recognize influencers suitable for campaigns, negotiate terms, and launch campaigns.
– Oversight & Management: Supervise the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns to ensure timely and effective execution.
– Database Management: Systematically create and manage a sustainable database of influencers and potential brand ambassadors for ongoing and future partnership.
– Brand Ambassador Program: Strategically identify, onboard, and partner with brand ambassadors.

Qualifications:
: Fluency in English.
: Must be presentable, as you’ll be representing our brand in personal videos to potential influencers.
: A genuine love for interacting with people and fostering relationships.
: Strong negotiation skills.
: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
: Proficient in using social media platforms and understanding influencer dynamics.
