Virtual Assistant – instagram

I am looking for a proficient Virtual Assistant for social media (Instagram)

You must have a good level of written English, however you will be fully advised and guided on customer engagements. You should have experience in marketing and sales via social media. You will have daily targets to meet and must be a driven and organised individual, in order to help me grow my business.

Your responsibilities will be;
-To follow a certain number of people per day within my specific niche
-To unfollow anyone who doesn’t follow back
-To message every new follower a welcome message that I will provide
-To progress conversations into a DM script that I will provide, in order to book sales calls
-To find social media influencers within my niche

The candidate must;
-Have very good written English
-Have some experience as an office administrator or similar VA role
-Have an eye for detail
-Be driven by targets and sales
-Have excellent organisation and multitasking skills
-Be willing to adapt to my style of communication
-Have a fast and reliable broadband connection

3. Send me THREE profiles (who are not currently interacting with my page or being followed by myself) who you feel would fit the niche of my business (my niche is working with people who want to drop fat/increase fitness, around a hip injury/ or a total hip replacement)
4. Send me TWO examples of a micro influencer that I could take on board to grow my business- preferable this would fit my niche- but it could also just be someone who is looking to drop weight, or increase their fitness.
The criteria for a micro influencer is someone who has got over 5k followers, and a good amount of engagement/views other posts and reels

Pay is $4 per hour, there will also be bonuses for any clients signed through your communication
Hours are 1 hour per day 5-6 days per week as a starting point. With potential to increase for the right candidate
