*Day To Day Responsibilities*
As an Investor Relations Assistant at Jevan Capital, your role will be pivotal in supporting our business development efforts through a variety of administrative and sales-related tasks. This remote position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to our growth and investor engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Building and updating investor databases to ensure accurate and current information.
– Conducting thorough online research to identify potential investors and understand market trends.
– Utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline tasks and enhance efficiency.
– Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to engage prospects and schedule meetings.
– Coordinating schedules and booking calls for team members with investors and vendors.
– Assisting in preparing and refining presentations and reports for investor meetings.
– Diligently track and report on the progress of outreach and investor relations activities.
**Must Haves:**
– Proven experience in administrative tasks and/or sales.
– Experience in real estate or investment companies is preferred but not required.
– Strong proficiency in using online tools and software, including AI tools like ChatGPT.
– Excellent research and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– High level of integrity and confidentiality
