Position: Virtual Assistant/Knowledgeable in Excel (VBA, macros) – Home Based (50+ positions OPEN)
Work Schedule: 5AM-1PM Manila Time, Tue-Sat
Salary: $500 to $1,300* monthly

Primary Responsibilities
1. Supply chain and vendor support
2. Full product definition, inventory and price analysis
3. Creating purchase orders
4. Bookkeeping (quarterly reports, sales tax)
5. Digital advertising
Requirements
1. Excellent spoken and written English skills
2. Stable, high-speed internet connection
3. Willingness to be trained and work with us long-term (must have no other job obligations)
4. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel – this will be tested
WARNING: If you just “think” you know Excel well, you probably are not aware of how in-depth Excel can be, which many times includes programming and highly complex formulas. This position is reserved for candidates who actually have utilized Excel for multiple years rigorously. Do NOT apply for this position and PASS UP the Sales & Accounts Analyst (CSR) position if you only think you know Excel well because you have used formulas such as “SUM” or “IF” or know about “pivot tables” – those are less than 5% of what we require and are NOT sufficient. For candidates that truly understand how complex Excel can be, please proceed.
*Published salary is for starting only. Multiple salary increases within a year are possible in order to match an employee’s skill level.
