VA Needed – Rent-to-Rent Deal Finder

About Me:
I’m looking to secure rent-to-rent deals in England. I need someone to help me connect with landlords that match my criteria who might be potential leads. This will be done via the Open Rent website.
Task:
Log onto a minimum of twice a day (5 days per week minimum) and contact potential rent-to-rent leads that meet my specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
Craft engaging and personalised messages expressing interest in their property using my templates.
Schedule follow-up conversations/messages (if necessary).
Forward contact details of interested leads to me.
Maintain a log of interested leads and send a daily email with results.
Hours:
14-16 hours per week either as 2-2.5hours per day for 6 days a week, or 2.5-3 hours per day for 5 days a week
Flexible schedules – can take off personal time when needed as long as I’m made aware in advance
Pay:
$3 per hour, for a maximum of $50 per week.
Bonuses: $10 for every 100 leads. $50 bonus for deals that are accepted and completed.
The Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to follow specific instructions and criteria.
Self-motivated and resourceful, with a positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to track progress.

Creative approaches to finding leads and sparking conversations.
