We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying potential clients and setting up appointments.

Job Description:

As a Virtual Assistant specializing in lead generation and appointment setting, you will be responsible for:

1. Targeted Lead Generation:

• Researching and identifying Ford dealerships, FOX PVD vehicle dealerships, and Shelby American vehicle dealerships as potential clients.
• Collecting relevant contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) of decision-makers within these dealerships.
• Building and maintaining a database of leads.

2. Outreach and Engagement:

• Initiating outreach via email, LinkedIn, or other suitable channels to establish contact with potential clients.
• Crafting personalized and persuasive messages to generate interest in our social media management services.

3. Appointment Setting:

• Scheduling appointments and meetings with interested prospects for our sales team.
• Sending calendar invites and ensuring all necessary information is communicated to the prospect.

4. Follow-Up:

• Conducting follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert them into appointments.
• Maintaining detailed records of interactions and progress in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong research skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using email and CRM tools.
• Previous experience in lead generation and appointment setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and social media marketing is advantageous but not required.
