Job Description:

The Virtual Assistant / Lead Generation Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the leadership team of Lockhern Digital and ensuring smooth operations. In this position you will handle a variety of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include meeting coordination, responding to emails, conducting sales research and performing ad hoc tasks as needed.

Role Details:

Industry: Digital Marketing
Work Shift: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Workdays: Monday – Friday
Salary range: USD $ 700 / monthly
Role type: Part time
Work hours: 35 hours / Week

Job Responsibilities:

Meeting documentation: Actively listen, taking strong notes based on call context. Items include: significant talking points, action items for both client and agency, task deadline, and next steps. Taking down minutes of meeting, follow ups on action items and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Data Entry: After a meeting you will be required to submit all of the action items and timelines in Click Up and assign them to the appropriate person.
Project support: Assist with various initiatives by gathering data and coordinating project timelines.
Document Organization: Managing and organizing important reports, documents and Standard Operating Procedures.
Lead Generation:. Research and aggregate business information for the sales team. Provide business name, owner name, phone number, geographic location.

Perform various internal ad hoc tasks as required by leadership

Qualifications:

Experience

1-3 years of proven experience as an Executive / Virtual Assistant for C-Suite level report.
Proven track record of successful meeting coordination and lead generation experience.

Strong proficiency in Google Suite (GSheet, GDocs, GSlides, etc.)
