Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation, Referral Source Specialist, and Social Media Manager for Mental Health Practice

We are a thriving mental health practice looking to hire a virtual assistant who specializes in lead generation, referral source management, and social media posting to help us expand our reach and impact. Responsibilities:
– Research and identify potential leads interested in mental health services
– Reach out to potential leads and referral sources to establish relationships and generate referrals in 7 states in the USA
– Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and schedule posts to increase brand awareness and engagement
– Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and track performance metrics
– Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and social media growth

Requirements:
– Proven experience in lead generation, referral source management, and social media management, preferably in the mental health or healthcare industry
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathetically engage with potential clients and referral sources
– Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Understanding of mental health practices and ethical considerations in marketing mental health services
– Strong and reliable internet connection
– Proficient in English
– Access to email & phone
– Minimum 2 years experience in lead generation, finding referral sources and creating engaging social media content.

This is a remote, part-time position with flexible hours (8 hours a week. $5 an hour with an opportunity to get bonuses).
