Job Description

We are looking for a full-time VA to join our team. If you have strong research skills for lead generation along with social media management experience, then we want to meet you!

We are a small, US based firm specializing in providing leadership development solutions to organizations. We are located on the west coast in the Pacific time zone.

The following are the responsibilities for the role. We prefer a candidate that is familiar with the tools mentioned below but we will be happy to train the right candidate.

Time Commitment:
8 hours a day/ 40 hours a week/ 160 hours a month

You can create your own work schedule and use Timeproof to track your hours. But we will need someone who can be available Monday through Friday during some Pacific work hours (approx. 3 hours a day) to manage clients’ needs.

Salary: $6/hour | $240/week | $960/month

Admin Tasks
• Coordinate emails and calendar as needed (using gmail, calendly and zoom)
• Manage proposals, agreements and invoices
• Track and organize expenses, receipts (using Zoho Books)
• Systemize action list for client engagements which can include travel and other logistics
• Consolidate client folders on internal shared folder (google drive)

Lead Generation
• Manage Zoho CRM leads both to prospective, current and past clients
• Using research leads to import to Zoho CRM and tag appropriately
• Use outreach scripts provided to send emails to prospects through Zoho CRM
• Use Linkedin to send an invite to connect with prospects
• Using Speaker opportunity lead list- import and tag opportunities in Zoho CRM
• Research other speaking opportunities at conferences or with associations
• Review outreach data by reviewing metrics

Social Media Management
• Create content posts with the support of ChatGTP (example prompts will be provided)
• Prepare visuals as needed using Canva
• Edit videos
• Post content on Metricool
• Keep track of progress / statistics from social media efforts
• Coordinate list building and newsletter processes

Systems and Operations Support
• Communicate with the team using project management system (Zoho Projects)
• Support OBM in documenting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Participate in weekly team meetings, prep notes, agenda and action items
