As we embark on an exciting phase of expansion, our franchise department seeks a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant specializing in lead generation to support our sales team and drive our growth objectives.

Role Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant for Driving Academy, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and developing new leads to expand our franchise network. This position involves conducting thorough research, utilizing various online tools and databases to generate high-quality leads, and supporting our sales personnel in outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation, excellent research skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed market research to identify potential franchise leads.
Utilize online databases, social media platforms, and professional networks to gather contact information and business details.
Pre-qualify leads based on specified criteria and organize them for sales outreach.
Support sales personnel with scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining the CRM database.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies based on campaign results and feedback.
Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the education, training, or franchise sectors.
Strong research skills and proficiency in using online tools and databases for lead identification.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Certifications in marketing, sales, or related fields are a plus.
