Job Description: Virtual Assistant/Lead Generation Specialist
Part-Time role inititally for probation period with the oportunity to move into Full-Time
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual with lead generation experience to join our SEO backlinking team as an Outreach Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and securing opportunities for relevant websites where we can place backlinks or guest posts. While previous backlinking experience is not required, a solid understanding of sales development and outreach strategies is crucial.
As an Outreach Specialist, your primary objective will be to identify and engage with potential leads and opportunities for our backlinking campaigns. You will play a key role in expanding our network of relevant websites to enhance the visibility and authority of our clients’ websites. This will involve a meticulous qualification process to ensure both the quality and relevance of the websites we collaborate with.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify potential websites for backlinking opportunities, considering factors such as domain authority, traffic volume, and authenticity (avoiding Private Blog Networks – PBNs).
2. Conduct thorough research to evaluate the quality and relevance of each website in relation to our clients’ target niches and industries.
3. Engage in outreach efforts, establishing and nurturing relationships with website owners, editors, and relevant stakeholders to negotiate pricing, placement options, and other collaboration details.
4. Collaborate closely with our internal SEO team to align outreach efforts with the overall backlinking strategy and objectives.
5. Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, including contact information, conversations, negotiations, and outcomes, using our CRM or outreach management tools.
6. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in search engine algorithms to ensure effective outreach strategies and maximize backlinking opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in sales development or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or SEO industry.
2. Solid understanding of sales principles and proven experience in prospecting, lead generation, and negotiation.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and build relationships with website owners and other stakeholders.
4. Strong research and analytical skills to evaluate the quality and relevance of websites for backlinking opportunities.
5. Familiarity with SEO concepts and link building strategies is a plus, although not mandatory.
6. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
7. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
8. Proficiency in using CRM systems or outreach management tools for tracking and reporting purposes.
