The Role:
• Analyse and evaluate leads to identify potential sales opportunities specifically within the fitness industry.
• Initiate contact with leads through emails and social media channels, with a focus on fitness professionals and businesses.
• Schedule and coordinate qualified appointments and meetings for our sales team.
• Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our services.
• Tailor communication to showcase the value proposition of our services.
• Maintain an organised and efficient appointment setting process.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with leads, building rapport and trust.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand their needs and preferences for appointments.
• Provide relevant information and insights to enhance the sales process.
The Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years experience in outbound lead generation.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Articulate, able to explain complex services in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to understand client requirements and tailor communication accordingly.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to understand and address client needs.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage and maintain a high volume of leads and appointments.
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping.
