Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant | Lead Outreach Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads using pre-approved Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outreach templates and instructions. Your primary goal will be to initiate contact, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments with potential clients, ultimately driving sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
– Utilize pre-approved SOP outreach templates and instructions to reach out to warm leads via email, social media, and other communication channels.
– Tailor outreach messages to resonate with target audience segments and adhere to company branding guidelines.
– Engage with leads in a professional and personalized manner to build rapport and establish trust.
– Follow up with leads at appropriate intervals to maintain communication and move them through the sales pipeline.
– Schedule appointments and meetings with qualified leads for further engagement with the sales team.
– Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and appointments in CRM software or designated databases.
– Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with overall business objectives.
– Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to continually improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Lead Outreach Specialist, or similar role.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
– Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using email and social media platforms for outreach purposes.
– Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in social media management or sales/marketing roles is a plus.
