Job Description

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT/LIAISON MANAGER/ TRAINER
Reports To: VP of Business Development.

We desire an honest and reliable Liaison Manager with the ability to support between 10 to 25 Partner Representatives.

This is a full-time position (40 hours weekly) that will allow tremendous career and financial growth.

Good English speaking and comprehension are a MUST.

A fast learner and a good multi-tasker are very important.

The Liaison Manager must assist Partner Representatives in having a clear and consistent line of communication with the company.

The Liaison Manager will be the official representative of the company and the direct support and contact for our Partner Representatives.

The Liaison Manager must call on their assigned Partner Representatives weekly to get updates on their team performance and to provide the partner representatives with generated leads and/or marketing material support, order processing, sales issues, and any other reasonable level of support that can be provided to the partners.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Supporting Partners Representatives with their recruiting and training efforts.
•Assisting and guiding partner representatives as they build their sales team and sales pipeline.
•Daily and weekly communication via call/text/email with assigned partner representatives.
•Support Partner’s Representatives’ sales and marketing activities.
•Manage and update training materials and assist Kingston Bay with training guidelines for Partners Representatives teams.
•SEO Rep will report to the Liaison Manager. The Liaison Manager must make sure the SEO rep Is running targeted leads campaigns that will help to support the Partners Representatives.
• the Liaison Managers must make sure the Partner’s Representatives are communicating effectively with his/her team and are growing and helping his/her team’s sales activities.

The goal of the Liaison Manager is to help the Partner’s Representatives with team development and to make sure that the Partner’s Representatives team growth is on target with our agreed partnership KPIs.
• The liaison manager must meet once per week with all of the Partner’s Representatives and also once per week for a 1-on-1 meeting with the VP to Provide the Partner’s Representatives team performance to the VP.

The Liaison Manager must be familiar with and have at least an intermediate understanding and ability of how to use the following tools:

• CRM/PRM (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Excel (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Word (Intermediate)
• PowerPoint (Intermediate)
• Drop Box (Intermediate)
• Google Sheets (Intermediate)
• Microsoft Outlook (Intermediate)
• VOIP Line (Intermediate)- Calling or receiving calls from Partners Representatives
• Skype (Intermediate)
• Project Management Platforms (Intermediate)

CONTRACT TERMS AND REQUIREMENTS – LIAISON MANAGER

This is an at-will agreement for a one (1) year contract with a salary of PHP50,000 Monthly.

* The Liaison Manager is required to work to the best of his/her abilities during the agreed-upon hours and days. (8 hours per day – Monday to Friday – Eastern US Time Zone.)

* Any request for time off for local holidays within the Philippines must be requested in advance.

The following USA holidays are paid holidays:

1. The day before, New Year’s Day & the day after New Year’s Day – (Dec 31st, Jan 1st and 2nd)
2. Martin Luther King Holiday (Jan 20th, 2025)
3. Memorial Day (May 27th, 2024)
4. Juneteenth – (June 19th, 2024)
5. Independence Day (July 4th, 2024)
6. Labor Day (Sept 2nd, 2024)
7. Veterans Day (Nov 11th, 2024)
8. Thanksgiving and the day after Thanksgiving (Nov 28TH and Nov 29TH, 2024)
9. The day before, Christmas Day, and the day after (December 24th, 25th, 26th, 2024 )

* Liaison Managers are offered paid sick days.
* Liaison Managers are offered 4 personal paid days.
* Liaison Managers are entitled to 3 weeks of paid vacation in December 2024/January 2025.
* Liaison Managers will receive a pay increase after his/her first 10th month – Once a job performance review is taken, Kingston Bay will negotiate with the Liaison Manager to increase the pay rate that is acceptable to both the Liaison Manager and Kingston Bay Technologies.
