Job Summary:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant (VA) to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various administrative tasks. As a VA, you will work remotely and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls for team members.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and milestones.
Conduct research on various topics as assigned.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, such as expense tracking and invoice management.
Provide general administrative support to team members as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Familiarity with online collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams)
High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer
Availability during regular business hours (9am-5pm PST) with flexibility to accommodate different time zones if necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles.
Previous experience in a remote work environment.
