We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Assistant Manager to lead our growing team of virtual assistants. We are currently kicking off our outsourced team so you will be the first hire for our company in the Phillipines and we hope you will help us grow our team in the Phillipines to 10-20 virtual assistants.
You will be responsible for building out the team, training, development, driving performance, and ensuring quality delivery in line with the company’s objectives.
The job to be done by the Virtual Assistant (VA) Manager revolves around leading and managing a team of 10-20 virtual assistants. The primary responsibility includes recruiting, training, and developing the VA team to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliverables. As the team leader, the VA Manager is tasked with establishing performance metrics, regularly evaluating the team’s performance, and implementing feedback and improvement strategies.
In addition, the role requires active collaboration with technology and other departments to enhance team efficiency, including utilizing AI and ensuring technical specifications are met. Quality control is a crucial aspect, with the VA Manager responsible for maintaining the highest service standards through regular audits and continuous feedback.
Moreover, the VA Manager acts as a liaison between the VA team and other stakeholders, managing various projects, ensuring successful completion, and maintaining smooth communication channels. The ability to adapt to changes, think critically, make data-driven decisions, and maintain a productive remote work environment is vital.

Qualifications:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
– Experience: 3+ years in managing remote teams, preferably in a virtual assistant or customer service environment.
