Virtual Assistant Manager For Drop Shipping Model

Currently Seeking a Highly Organized, Detail Oriented Virtual Assistant Manager to manage TiK ToK Drop Shipping stores. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Extensive EXPERIENCE In The Drop Shipping Model, Experience in Product Sourcing/Research, Create/Customize Shopify Stores To Test 1 Product Per Store.

Responsibilities:
*Product research and selection: Should be able to conduct market research to identify profitable trending products and niches, analyze the competition, and keep up with current trends. Find a winning, trendy product by Picking a niche that has massive growth opportunities, products that have high demand, low competition, and good profit margins. You can use tools like Google Trends, Amazon Bestsellers, TikTok Creative Center and eBay Watchcount to find popular products and niches.
*Research what products are selling best in that niche. You want to find products that solve a problem, fulfill a need, have a WOW factor, or satisfy a desire for your target audience. You can use tools like AliExpress, Oberlo, and Spocket to source reliable suppliers and products.

*Create a professional 1 product Shopify Store that attracts, engages, and converts customers.
Customize the store’s theme for branding. You want to create a store that reflects the brand identity and appeals to the target audience. You can use Shopify’s theme editor to change the colors, fonts, layout, and content of the store pages. You can also browse and select from hundreds of free themes that suit the niche and style.

*Optimize the store for conversions. You want to make sure that the store is fast, user-friendly, and persuasive. You can use tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Shopify Analyzer, and Lighthouse to test and improve the store speed and performance. You can also use tools like Privy, Loox, and Fera to add features that increase conversions, such as pop-ups, reviews, and social proof.

Qualifications for this position includes:
*A minimum of 3+ years experience in Drop Shipping
*A high level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken
*A good understanding of the dropshipping business model and the e-commerce industry
*Experience in using e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify
*Experience in using dropshipping tools, such as Oberlo, AliExpress, Amazon Best Sellers, TikTok Crestive Center, TikTok made me buy it etc.
*Experience in using customer service tools, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or LiveChat
*Experience in using marketing and social media tools, such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, or Mailchimp
*A reliable internet connection, a computer, and a headset, Must Have Your Own Research Tools
*A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn
*Experience building / Editing Shopify stores
*Experience with Tik Tok
*Experience with Product Research for Drop shipping
*Experience with navigating the Tik Tok Creative Center to source winning products * Experience searching on TikTok Made Me Buy It to find trending products.
*Must have access to internet, Zoom or What’s App account to communicate with me
