Virtual Assistant – Marketing

Duties/Responsibilities:
– Assist in the day-to-day marketing operations to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
– Implement marketing tasks and initiatives.
– Manage relationships with user-generated content (UGC) creators and marketing influencers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
– Maintain a keen awareness of deadlines and ensure all marketing projects are completed on time.
– Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance our marketing efforts.
– Update and optimize Amazon product listings to increase visibility and sales.
– Collaborate with the graphics team to design and create visually appealing marketing materials.
– Oversee influencer and UGC management, including outreach, contracts, and content coordination.
– Help coordinate marketing events, including organizing graphics, materials, and logistics.

Requirements:
– Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to respond quickly are a must
– Proven experience in marketing or a related field.
– Good attention to detail and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with influencer marketing and UGC strategies.
– Experience with Amazon product listing optimization is a plus.
– Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
– Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
