This role will be directly reporting to the two agency founders and will have significant influence on the day to day operations.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to the following;
Social Media
– Social media management for clients
– Caption writing & graphic creation for multiple clients
– Manage the scheduling and posting across multiple social media platforms for multiple clients
General Admin
Content creation
– SEO optimized blog articles
– Newsletter creation
– Web content creation
*Conversational writing style – Distilling complex topics like finance into casual language (like you are explaining to a friend).
Email marketing
– Development of email content
– Development of email automation journeys
– Support email marketing strategy
Rich media asset creation
-Creation of graphics for website, social media, blogs, etc.

Communication
The majority of communication is done via slack.
This role will not have direct communication with clients. This can change in future depending on if this is aligned with the successful candidates career goals.
We do have video meetings that the employee will be required to attend and contribute to.
Hours of work
We are flexible on when the candidate will be online for the agreed time per week but they must be online, contactable and working for the full period.
Requirements
Educational qualification in marketing, advertising or communications.
At least two years experience working in a marketing role.
Must be able to use the following platforms;
-Asana
-Wordpress and/or Webflow
-Google Workspace
-Google Chat
-Zapier
-Mailchimp (previous experience a requirement)
-Canva (previous experience a requirement)
Beneficial but not essential
-Experience in process design and documentation
