Virtual Assistant – Marketing Agency (REMOTE)

Macedo Marketing is looking for a Virtual Assistant.

This is a fully remote position at a fast-growing digital marketing agency, full of great people and exciting projects.

What you’ll do:
– Send proposals to qualified prospects and follow up with them.
– Inbox management.
– Assist our delivery team in researching competitors, etc.
– Helping the team stay organized by setting up tasks in ClickUp and Notion.
– Participating in different side projects.
– Helping our Account Managers with their clients.
– Gathering data in Google Sheets.
– Being involved in different smaller projects in basically any area of the company (be willing to wear many hats).

What you’ll need:
– Consistent capacity of 40h-45h/week (180h/m)
– Being available and responsive during 10:00 – 16:00 GMT+2 Time (Mon-Fri)
– Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing (doesn’t need to be native language)
– Previous remote or office work experience is a must
– Being familiar with slack, Clickup, and G-Suite
– Being fine with doing repetitive and manual tasks
– Very high attention to detail
– Learning/adapting fast
– Common sense (ability to think outside out the box and figure things out)
– Being accountable, consistent and responsible
– Being content with working in the background on diverse projects
– Owning a laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection
– Facebook advertising experience is a plus.

All of this starts after a 1 month mutual assessment period at a half-time rate and workload.
